Profile Privacy

Allows “permissions”” to be set. Users can now select a permission for each field allowed by the site admin from “Everyone”, “My Friends” or “Only Me”.

Interactive Links

This affects Profiles, Directory, Activity Stream, Widgets, Notifications, Admin Bar, Admin Dashboard. Members now can:

• Create and manage links from their profile
• Assign links to a category
• Control the visibility of their links (public, friends only, and hidden)
• Share other member’s links on their profile
• Share any link with a group they are a member of
• Upload an image “avatar” to show with a link
• Auto embed rich media from URLs (YouTube, Flickr, and metacafe are supported)
• Automatic thumbnail picker available as of 0.2.1
• Embed a PicApp.com or Fotoglif.com image and use as the avatar
• Vote on other member’s links
• Comment on other member’s links
• @mentions support added in WordPress version 3.0

Virtual Gifts

Users can now send gifts (images) to other members in BlueBiohazard. It uses activity stream to keep the gifts sent information. Member can choose a gift from gift box in others member gifts tab and type a message to receiver member. Receiver member can delete or reply message using activity stream function in own profile.

My Followers

Adds the ability for users to follow others and keep track of their site activity. This feature works exactly the same way that the friends component of BlueBiohazard works, however the connection does not need to be accepted by the person being followed.

The features integrates seamlessly with our site, adding a new activity stream tab, follow/unfollow buttons to user profiles and adds menus to display the users following/followed and total counts.
